In the first inaugural meeting of the Rotary Year 2008 / 2009, President Nazha Abuhindi brought the first Club Assembly meeting to order and described the steps she intends to take through her year’s presidency of the Club, emphasising community involvement and various philanthropic activities which she strives to achieve through every single member of the Club.

President Nazha introduced her board of directors who will assist her in achieving her aims for the year and who also shared with the Club their own detailed programs for the year. The aspects of business covered in this assembly included a full review of last year’s financials and budgets for the new year, the community programs under consideration and the public relations activities to be introduced.
