Nature of Business
The University of Hull UK regional representative office. MDCI is responsible for marketing and logistics of the university. Administers the University of Hull’s post graduate programmes e.g. Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Hull and Doctorate Business Administration (DBA) from Liverpool JMU, MDCI is also working in conjunction with the University of South Africa (UNISIA) in the delivery of undergraduate courses mainly Bachelors in Commerce and Bachelor in Business Administration as well as PhD programme.

1994 to 1996 – Programme Administrator Manager
In charge of the GCC operation (Kingdom of Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, UAE, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

Duties/Responsibilities:
Liaison between the University of Hull and the students, ensuring that requirements and communications channels between the University and the students are smooth and effective.

1996 to present General Manager – Business Development
In charge of the GCC operation – e.g. Kingdom of Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, UAE, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsible for promoting and marketing the programmes included in the MDCI’s portfolio. Working closely with the various GCC Ministries of Higher Education to ensure that any developments in line with education are followed. In addition, liaise with the British Council as one of the universities we represent in an UK University ensuring that we are well informed of any UK rules and regulations concerning education delivery. We have operations in other countries, and part of the job is to provide guidance and assistance to ensure all offices are running smoothly and that communication channels are well maintained.

Responsible for the development and setting up systems and procedures for records Management in Human Resources Department and solving employees’ problems and grievances which are sensitive in nature.
