In his presentation he factually lays out the real estate indicators and shows that although the situation is currently tenuous, he believes it to have or is bottoming out. The club also re-pinned and welcomes back Ms Ahdeya Ahmed, who due to her other commitments has taken a hyatus. We are happy for her to have made the decision to rejoin our club and for her to continue her philanthropic endeavours through the Rotary Club of Adliya.
